These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 9apeso ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 9apeso website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the 9apeso platform, or using any of our Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 9apeso platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the 9apeso platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Services. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to and use of the 9apeso platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 9apeso, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

By registering on 9apeso, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of 9apeso Services, you must register a player account. The following terms govern the registration and maintenance of your account:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 9apeso platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 9apeso reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided and to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 9apeso immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 9apeso shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 9apeso may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.1 Deposits. 9apeso accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. 9apeso aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements. 9apeso reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the 9apeso platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Transaction Limits. 9apeso may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account status. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

9apeso offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 9apeso reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses. 9apeso reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

9apeso is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following terms govern gameplay on the platform:

6.1 Random Number Generators. All games on the 9apeso platform that rely on random outcomes operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not manipulated in favor of the platform or any individual player.

6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, 9apeso reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. Any winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable malfunction shall be considered void. The decision of 9apeso in such matters is final.

6.3 Disconnection Policy. 9apeso shall not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the player's end during an active game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.

6.4 Specific Game Rules. Each game available on the 9apeso platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9apeso platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or promotion.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Using the 9apeso platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior authorization from 9apeso.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9apeso staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

8.1 Suspension by 9apeso. 9apeso reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

8.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the 9apeso platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause (i.e., due to a violation of these Terms) may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to a violation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

8.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your 9apeso account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

8.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 9apeso reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy, details of which will be communicated to you prior to any deduction.

All content on the 9apeso platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of 9apeso or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 9apeso platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 9apeso.

The 9apeso name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 9apeso. Unauthorized use of any 9apeso trademark is strictly prohibited.

10.1 No Warranty. The 9apeso platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9apeso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 9apeso has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of 9apeso to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9apeso account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9apeso is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on 9apeso, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and our legitimate business interests.

9apeso is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and resources they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a way to resolve personal problems.

12.1 Player Tools. 9apeso provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
